I had to speak to Scott several times with all the issues I was having due to the app not working properly and the scheduling/customer service department not being able to update any info/take payment, etc. Scott was the only reason why I decided to keep my reservation with UHaul as there are other options for truck rentals.

Michael NY’all had me turn the equipment back before I was supposed to you didn’t give me the whole 24 hours. I picked the truck up around 2:30 or three y’all have me returning at 12:15.
JAMIE NI reserved a 20' truck @ the U-haul Center in Oakwood. When I called about picking it up, the location they directed me to had no 20' trucks. Also, none of the locations had appliance dollies even though I was being charged $15 for one. When I called the center back about the 20' truck I reserved, they said "you already picked it up"...?! So, I had to cancel that reservation and get a truck from another location. Mitch @ McEver Self Storage in Oakwood was wonderful! He was so nice, accommodating and professional. I give the experience 5 stars because of him and the nice customer service @ 1-800-Uhaul. Just impeccable customer service. Thank you.
