The transaction was very smooth and quick. Only downside to the entire trip was the $4 plus gas prices, which are not something U-haul has any control over :-)

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMost unorganized U-Haul experience I have ever had. I made a reservation weeks ahead of time. I also rented two dollys and six pads. l was helping my grandparents 87 and 97 year old. Move the last big heavy items from Ocala to Spring Hill It took over an hour before I drove away in a U-Haul Had to ask for rented dollys and pads. They only had one dolly and told me I would have to drive to another location to get second dolly. First truck started it and sounded like something was wrong. Ask for another truck she said she had one more finally on my way walked out got to truck but she didn’t give me my paperwork. So I turned back or go back in nope she locked the door and took off in the golf cart. So I got in the truck and it to was junk too and I get it its a U-Haul I really did not think I was going to make it to the end of this trip. Today’s experience was not a good one. Thanks U-haul Also never picked up the second dolly at some other place but you still changed me. Thanks again U-Haul

Sharron HNothing really negative, the U-Haul employee was friendly, but brand new. She did not inform me of the 48-mile limit, so that turned out to be an issue.
