The equipment was clean however the vehicle itself, especially shifting was quite difficult. Looks like the shifting column needs some work.

I LOVE this U-HAUL location. I rent vans frequently for work and they are always clean and ready when I arrive. Staff is friendly and helpful. There's a closer U-HAUL location to me, but I prefer to drive to this one.

ALYSON MAfter not being able to pick-up the Appliance Dolly that I reserved at the Oceanside, CA location because it was rented to someone else, another customer directed me to the Mission Truck Rental U-Haul location. The had several Appliance Dollies available and was able to rent one without any problems. The representative at this location was very friendly and provided excellent customer service both at the time of rental and when it was returned.
