Trailer tail lights did not work and the trailer leaked. There wasn't anyone in sight to help lift the trailer on and a lady that worked the register had to come help me lift it off. There should at least be a jack on sight if there isn't going to be a man to assist. Also, the Uhaul app wouldn't work. My license pick wouldn't upload. The whole experience was one problem after another.

Teresa CI was charged an extra day for bringing in at 3:00pm. I specifically asked to turn in at 5:00pm. I left more fuel in the vehicle than what I received when I picked it up. No refund, but an extra day charged. Will not rent another U-Haul.
