The equipment was what I ordered but my credit card was billed twice for the trailer. I returned the trailer to the exact location I rented it from (Hendrix A to Z Storage on the same day) and the guy I rented from came out with his daughter and unhooked the trailer. He then called me the next day and asked me when I was going to bring it back. I rented an appliance dolly from a different location and had no issues at all. My credit card still hasn't been reimbursed for the additional charges.

The worst customer experience ever had! No contract, customer agent couldn't access the system (forgot password), agent was bleeding from an arm bandage, gave me the wrong trailer, kept my driver's license and when I called to ask if the store still had it, I was told to send a SASE. I broke down on I-20 and had no where to sleep as I had no driver's license for a motel reservation. Filing complaints with BBB.

Terrible, the guy who runs the place stole my wallet then threaten to call the cops on me for wanting to look in the uhaul truck!!!!!

Make sure that the insurance fee will be charged to you if you don’t decline it. This fee was not clarified when husband picked up the truck. We ended up with an extra charge of $48 that we didn’t need. Otherwise, an okay experience.

I have utilized uhauls service for as long as I can remember. Every single time I have engaged with any of your employees and facilities I have been impressed with the quality of person and facilities for your franchisees. I know it is difficult to manage people's personality and know the struggle of management. If there is crime in the neighborhood or general or constant issues at a location,I understand. I did not have the quality of experience I have become a custom to while visiting your Hindrex A to Z storage location. I was treated hostile. He was I would rather pay the 80 dollars to sweep some paper shreds than be talked to like I am subject to anyone. I am in leadership and this is a low performer. I would want to be made aware of any situation unfavorable to my brand.

This is the only location that I can honestly say is extremely shady. I picked up truck at 8:45am return it the next day at 8:20am and was charged an extra day because the contract was typed to have me return it at 8:00am. Shady right! Then said I should have read the contract.

We rented this u haul and was told we could drop it off in Andrews on our way back to Odessa. We looked and looked for the place to return it to and could not find it anywhere. They did not give us the address where to leave it so we took it back to Odessa and they charged us a rediculous charge for bringing it back. Never do business with them again!! The cost to rent the truck was rediculous anyway

This was not the location I selected for drop off. I dropped my car transport off early at the destination I originally selected to facilitate moving around town and to make it easier to unload the truck. The folks there were WONDERFUL! Then, I got a call from some U-Haul employee telling me I had to drop the truck off at a different location. He was awkward and did a poor job of explaining the reason for the change. While he did send photos of his location, it was still difficult to find. It’s hard listening to the navigation system, driving a 26’ truck and also needing to look at pictures on my device at the same time. When I arrived, figuring out where to pull the truck for turn in wasn’t as clear as it is at the true UHaul locations - it lacked clear signage and the covered drop off area. Apparently, I was too close to a solar panel when I pulled in and the manager nearly bit my head off. All in all, the drop off experience could have gone much better. It was by far my worst U-Haul experience. The employee at the location is socially awkward. He wasn’t overtly rude, but struggled with explaining things appropriately. I would not use him or his storage location, nor would I recommend him in the future.

TERRIBLE experience I rent uhaul usually every week and yesterday was my first time at the location. I paid $90 total for deposit and rental charge I went back today to deliver my uhaul and get my deposit they came back saying they would mail me a check with my deposit which they never mentioned when i paid cash I was told I would get my money refunded the next day. Now they are telling me im only getting $30 back since I supposebly only gave $60.00 total. The man in charge rudely told me I didnt know how to drive. & hung up on me when I called asking why I was only getting $30 back and not the 60 I had gave. Worse customer service I have ever gotten in my life. The tall over weight man is very disrespectful never again will I be going there.

The computer systrm was down so things had to be donr by phone so there were issues with using our CC (our account was charged 4 times to our account) and also getting a copy of our contract (we weren't able to get a copy printrd at the location and one was never emailed to us). The truck number never got changed on our contract there for things were not sent to the appropriate email anf such. Due to the charges on out account and being overcharged it tied up some of our phones and we were not able to use them for almost 10 days so that made things very inconvenient on top of the move.

Does not have their act together. Papers were incorrectly printed with the incorrect information. After speaking with someone and making a reservation 2 days prior to pick up, I was told the trailer that said would work would not and I could not rent it. Turned out it would work but you almost lost my business. If it had not been an lose lose emergency situation, I would not have rented.
