When asked to do from the 9th to the 11th, the uhaul was only put for the 9th to the 10th. Which in turn had us worried we needed to drop off the next day when we weren't in town anymore. No help from first drop off location about a solution. Repeatedly said, "well its supposed to be dropped off here today" Gave us a number to call which then was helped by someone else that was able to find us a new drop location. After being charged the 2 extra days, plus the coverage we initially didnt ask for, The new drop location were super friendly, and did everything for us. Didn't have to touch a thing. Would not recommend Odessa as a pickup location, but for where we went the drop off location was excellent.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt was closed, however we had dropped one off there in August so I will use the old saying "people never change their attitudes" thus the 2 NOs on the last questions, She was hateful and rude, pointed out something spilled on the console, we did not spill anything but offered to wipe it off then there was a box in the back with paper in it that had rolled around I guess. offered to get that out as well she said no, and she could charge us 25$ for clean up but she wouldn't everything else was good I thought until I got on my uhaul app and found the check in sheet to the one we delivered on Labor Day but not on the one we delivered 08/17 and when I checked my card noticed i had been charged 60.50 for what? I HAVE NO CLUE and she waited until labor day to turn it in? WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND WOULD ADVISE NO FOR ANY ONE ELSE . I will be talking to the head person to see exactly what that 60.50 was for and why she did not give me a receipt detailing those charges. and if it was late that is on them because the place is not open on Sundays and we were told we could turn it in on Monday morning and we did

juan iBiggest mess we have ever encountered. Needed truck at 7am, needed to discuss the distance we had to drive to get truck, but oh no had to jump through hoops on line to get truck. Hope i never have to rent a truck again
