JEFFERY EI'm completely satisfied with Gabler's Garage - Casey helped me out after business hours which I appreciated very much. It was the procedure to get the key out of the after hours lock box that was the problem. The U-haul app has a video to watch explaining how to retrieve the key from the box. The video says I should have received via email both a 4 digit letter code (the example the video gave was the word "salt") and a 3 digit number code. I only received the 3 digit number code. I tried calling customer service but was told they'd call me back. Casey saw me in camera still there trying to get the key so he called me. He said I didn't need the 4 letter code , only the 3 number code to get the key out. The video in the U-haul app is either incorrect or doesn't apply to all styles of lock boxes. It needs updated or clarified regardless. I only rented the U-haul for 2 hours and I spent 30+ mins of my 2 hour rental time trying to get the key out of the box because your video is incorrect.

RICHARD APerhaps more cargo vans or smaller box trucks for more variety would be helpful. Everything else is excellent.
