I returned the truck with more fuel than when I picked it up. I was still charged a fee for under filling it. I have pictures of the gauge before and after. I returned the truck 20 minutes after it was due and was charged for an extra full day rental. I texted the local U-Haul manager over a week ago to discuss these issues and he has yet to reply to me.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI arrived on time and my equipment/rental was not available at the scheduled time. I was able to check in using the mobile service but the location had to call a representative from U-Haul-to get my keys. I lost half an hour on my rental time.
