I dealt with two different gentlemen at this location, one during pickup and one during return. Both were knowledgeable and very helpful. I would like to thank them both for their excellent service. I give this facility the highest recommendation.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLooked very unprofessional, poor parking, dimly lit; as a woman, would not have been comfortable there without my fiance. The man at the counter was professional but that was the only good thing about it. We were told we could pick it up at 6:00am (one hour before our scheduled time) by the woman who confirmed the reservation the day before. We were also told we would be able to use our phone for mobile order and we were not. We had to call the assistance line and they said we would not be able to and to go inside. Luckily, the establishment was open at the time and we could go inside.
Alix NJust honestly pretty scary and dirty.
Fonda BNot marked very well for customers to notice it's a uhaul location.
MISTI MThe back of the truck was dirty and I did all the work to check it out and to check it in. The attended never walked outside to check milage he had me take a picture of it.
