No one told us any instructions on how the u haul needed to be returned. I was never emailed a receipt until after the U-Haul was due and didn’t know I had to put gas back in it. The communication was terrible. The system wasn’t working so we didn’t get our truck until 40 minutes after the time we reserved it for.

CARTER OLocation manager didn’t accurately notate the gas level and wouldn’t allow it to be changed to the correct level. He said the contract was already printed and it was too late. He also didn’t allow me to walk and check out the vehicle before printing and finalizing the paperwork. There were glass bottles and trash left on and inside the vehicle. I also had to wait at the desk for 20 minutes before he came to the desk to help me even though he didn’t have any other customers. And then once at the desk and helping me, he rushed the process and left me feeling upset. This location was nothing like renting from an actual UHaul facility and I will not ever go back here.
