Only big issue i had was the records showed the vehicle had 1/4 tank of fuel. I fact, the gage was s itting on empty and the low fuel light was blinking g hard. Fortunately, there was a gas station approximately a quarter mile or so down the road. I did inform the attendant.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisA bit of a mix-up in the Return orders BUT very kind friendly service and great trucks!!
Michael BThe agent on duty was awesome. However the location does not accept cash. Not only was there nothing alerting me to this in any form of communication, I was forced to reach out to relatives to use their card. Not only was this. Embarrassing but it added 20 minutes to my day that I could have been driving. Not Good. Had I known this location did not take cash, I would have chosen a different location.
Jeffery MI did not see anything to be improved, actually I was in that office on a Sunday afternoon right before they were going to close, the lady working there Tiffany made things easy for me and she was very attentive I got what I needed and returned Monday morning very easy. Thank her for me.
Henry REverything was perfect. No improvement needed
