The agent on duty was awesome. However the location does not accept cash. Not only was there nothing alerting me to this in any form of communication, I was forced to reach out to relatives to use their card. Not only was this. Embarrassing but it added 20 minutes to my day that I could have been driving. Not Good. Had I known this location did not take cash, I would have chosen a different location.
Jeffery MI did not see anything to be improved, actually I was in that office on a Sunday afternoon right before they were going to close, the lady working there Tiffany made things easy for me and she was very attentive I got what I needed and returned Monday morning very easy. Thank her for me.
