No help setting up trailer at all. Lady working there was so busy helping convenience store customers and I felt I was a distraction. Yard where trailers kept not well lit.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis was by far and away the worst rental experience I have ever had. They did not speak English so they had me talk to someone on FaceTime. They misunderstood who I was and that I was not the person on the do not rent list. The entire process took forever and was just awful. They had no printer for paperwork. When finally given the keys 40+ min after arrival I walked to the lot and was surrounded by 4 stray dogs. Ultimately the truck I was given had not been cleaned in the cab or rear in a while. I also just found that the rear brakes have leaked on my driveway. All in all the worst uhaul rental ever.
JASON WTruck was dirty and damaged. Rep had me search the 7 pieces of equipment they had on sight for the appliance dolly that was confirmed by Uhual the Day before. Saying it should be in one of them. The he just gave me a # to call about it. No help at all.
Paul MThe app wouldn’t accept my location when I arrived at the drop off spot. It was strange because I had accidentally pressed return truck when I wasn’t there and it told me the location wasn’t at the drop off point. But when I got to the parking lot In wasted a lot of time waiting for it to get my location which it never did. In the end the clerk at the smoke shop where it was helped.
STANLEY SThe employee in the store was helpful and friendly. The location itself could use a little "sprucing" up. There were no other U-hauls there but I did finally see the U-haul sign that told me I was in the right place. The employee did make the return easy and hassle free.
