Reimbursement for the extra amount of Gas that the customer added, especially when it was provided to them with only 1/8 of gas. I left it with almost a 1/2 of tank and still got charge $2.13 for going across the street from designated truck drop off.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisFirst of all Uhaul gave me three different locations to drop off the truck. Every time I received a text it was to confirm a different location. When I arrived at the Petroleum 19 the person I talked to told me to just leave the truck and someone would be there to pick it up and that I did not have to do the self check out. It was frustrating overall as I was in an unfamiliar area and had to depend on someone else to pick me up. Just not a good experience when I dropped off the truck.
Dianne VHad to check in using gas attendants cell phone rather than a computer or even a tablet inside station. Felt uncomfortable entering information on someone’s personal cell phone. The truck was still covered in snow I had to use my own snow brush and de icer to clear the mirrors and windshield. Was frustrating because it took a good 15 to 20 minutes out of my rental time just to clean truck for use. The gentleman working with me was also trying to solo manage four gas pumps at the same time. While the distance to my residence and pickup area was close. This experience was not good.
CHRISTOPH FThe truck was in good condition with low miles on it. However the check-in process was very slow which cuts into your reservation time. I would suggest going to an actual U-Haul facility rather than a partnering dealer for ease and speed. Since everything was digital, and through the confusion of re-writing the contract, they snuck in extra fees. I would suggest only coming here if it is the only option for your moving needs.
