Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisYou changed the pickup location 3 times before we picked it up. Then we went to turn the truck in at night and no lights on the lot. Our contract says to turn it in at Freeport Fl and we drop the keys there and open the app to finish and you changed the drop off location again.
mike rBusiness was closed so no one to talk with. 6 pm on Saturday.
David SFelt very safe and area was very well taken care of.
BRANDY SThe equipment was located at a plumbing contractor's parking lot. There was no one there. I had to pick it up via the UHaul app. I will never use that process again, since it took over an hour and still required somone on the phone.
