Staff needs training on the computer system. I "rented" a trailer but several days later needed roadside assistance. I learned the trailer was considered "taken without a contract" and I had to wait three hours on the side of the highway for help. Major delay because the contract was not completed correctly and I had to wait for the corporate office to fix the rental agreement issue. Also, I didn't receive any paperwork when I picked up the trailer because "the main guy wasn't there and the printer was broken".

Although I requested online additional equipment (dolley, blankets) none were delivered. The personnel manning the facility were clueless. Thank goodness I don't need this stuff except once every 10 years. I will NOT ever go back here again and recommend others avoid as well
