No one was available to help with the vehicle checkout process leading to it taking about 45 minutes to get the keys. I was forced to download an app in order to check out the vehicle. It was left with 1/8 tank of gas with only 31 miles to empty so I immediately had to fill up the vehicle. This process made me realize I will never use U-Haul again.

I did not meet with anyone I used to mobile app.
PATRICIA TI picked up the keys and was not given anything to sign. When I got to my destination to use the U-Haul, there was a lock on the back and there was not a code anywhere. It was after hours at this point so I was unable to contact anyone at the U-Haul company, so I ended up having to contact the U-Haul helpline, and at that point, they could not even find my order. At this point, they were going to have me call roadside assistance to have somebody come and cut the lock off because nobody knew what the code was the lock. They were finally able to get a hold of the manager at the original U-Haul place for the code after 30 minutes. Not only did it back up the pick up location for loading other orders, but also wasted time on everybody’s standpoint.
Kimberly LCustomer service and I still haven’t received the refund for my deposit.
