Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey were dismissive and unfriendly. I called ahead of time to see if I can to ask if I can return the truck prior to our return date, but still use the moving pads rented until our final day to return everything. I was told that wouldn’t be an issue. I was then charged for the moving pads. When I did return them and asked about the change she says it’s because I didn’t have the moving pads with the truck when she checked it in, which was not what I was told then proceeded to argue with me about what I called and asked about. If she told me that I would be charged because I held onto the moving pads still in the period of my reservation I would have kept the truck for the extra day that we still had from our contract.
Isabella MMy experience with Uhaul and this location have been horrible. I picked up the truck on Saturday and the location I picked up included insurance without explaining what it is or why I needed it. Then when questioned it and asked for it to be removed the lady got an attitude and said I am going to want that. It felt very deceptive. Then no one took me out to truck or showed me how anything works just threw me the keys and good luck. The truck was not clean center console that folded down was gross. The truck had some kind of exhaust leak and was super loud. The headlights at night flickered all the way from Omaha to Green Bay a 9 hour drive of constant engine noise and lights that looked like flashing Christmas lights. I would appreciate a phone call from Uhaul corporate about my overall experience.

CESAR GI'm not sure how to rate the location or equiptment because I was not able to make the pick up , my son picked everything up for me, but i was not happy that i made the reservtion in more then enough time at the location closet to my residence onl to learnin a text message the morning of the move that the location for pickup had changed and then was charged an extra fee becasue it was not droppd off at the new location but dropped off at the location the truck and equiptment should have been picked up from when i initially made the reservation. I did understand the representative teling me the location I had initially chosen did not have the truck i needed but I feel I could have been told that long before themorning of the move.
