Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMy uhaul was not available upon arrival it took an extra 30 minutes to get when it was supposed to be a contactless app pickup and I wasn’t offered any type of extended time or compensation. I was charged an extra $30 for the gas being slightly under the starting point. I did not use all the time or miles and still was charged full amount. Overall very poor experience and would never recommend to anyone.
Marissa PFast service
Maline TIt’s unclear where to go in the store for assistance. Had to wait at the cashier and ask. Signage of some kind would be helpful.
Jean TI paid for a dolly and there was no dolly in the truck. I also got charged an extra 130 dollars because the app messed up my mileage.
