Clerk at checkin was so friendly and explained everything to me. The truck rode a bit bouncy, but over all everything was good.

The piece of equipment ordered to move larger pieces of furniture was not available at pick up. Also the clerk kept leaving us to wait on others.
Judith FIt was odd having a UHAUL location in a convenience store. There was no staff dedicated solely to renting UHAUL equipment. Although I did not have any delay in service, I can foresee a longer wait for service if the staff is currently dealing with convenience store customers. I lifted the trailer onto my hitch because I did not believe the female staff would have been able to lift the weight without assistance. On the return, I also lifted the trailer OFF of the hitch. There was an employee at the location, but he was clearly there only to serve convenience store customers. I do not believe he would have had the strength or knowledge to disconnect the trailer.
