U-Haul personnel not present. Self-checkout was difficult and not at all user friendly. No supplies (mats) were available at this location, and I had to drive to another location to get the mats. Turns out I was apparently directed to this location (Ontario Truck) in error in the U-Haul text message. At least according to the service agent at the corporate store.. Personnel at the corporate store in Mansfield were able to sort things out and finally get me on the road more than an hour late.
TERRY LAllow enough miles to get to your location and then take the truck to where they want you to drop it off at. We had to pay 100 extra because they didn’t give us miles to take truck to the location!!!
David SHours for pickup of vehicles are somewhat limited.
