Great customer service where I picked up the trailer. I would like to thank U-Haul traffic department for helping me out when the tires I was suppose to haul back to Washington fell through. They let me return the trailer 2 hours later and just charged me for in town use. And refunding me the balance. Thank you!

We waited 15 minuets after the closed for lunch sign said they would be back before we left to finish our errands and come back to do the return. The man at the counter was so busy he took my info and did not do any inspection with me. I was told I would receive an email but still have not. I am not aware if he took the cleaning fee off. The fuel was filled past the received point but I am unaware if there was an additional charge due to only being at 1/4 tank.

Holiday weekend rental return, so staff wasent available at time of drop off, drop box was easy to find and lots of room to park. Phone conversation next day with daco fasteners was good. Staff took care of reservations quickly. Website for check-in wouldn't work on phone till later that night, and was confusing with info in another language for the main site. Finally got it to work from home later. This was not the fault of staff at daco fasteners, just a problem with the website.
