Dan CWent to pick up the uhaul and 24 blankets. The uhaul was fine the location did not have the blankets. I was told to walk across the street to another uhaul location to pick them up, the gentleman there said he had no blankets and that the guy should have called first to make sure he had them. Then I went back to first location he called uhaul company they sent me to another location 5 miles away to pick them up. I should not have to chase down blankets I requested 2 weeks in advance. I am not happy with the service that was provided.
TRINA MThe only reason the personnel weren't helpful is because we dropped off after hours and had no contact with anyone at all. Just used the drop box. The parking space was a bit crowded, but not a problem finding the location.
