the man inside gave us the wrong rental keys so it wasn’t even the size truck we ordered. he acted like he didn’t know what was going on. also, ants were EVERYWHERE in the back so of course, everything we put in the back of the truck was covered in ants as we were moving.

No U-Haul representative showed up onsite. Person at the gas station had no idea what to do. Had to check in the truck myself over the phone with someone from U-Haul so I could check it out. This was after there was no truck available at my original pick up location. Took over 2 hours to get all this figured out. Every time I called into the reservation team number I had a new representative and had to start the process over again.
Christopher CI had to call Uhaul and talk to someone on the phone just to get the person to take the key to the truck I had the worst experience ever with Uhaul from pick up to drop off every single person acting like they never done anything with Uhaul so glad I do not treat my customers that way
