Sara S.The woman working at the location was great. However I reserved a 10' truck to be picked up at 6:30 with mobile pickup. When I went to pick up the truck the UHaul website was telling me I would have to wait until the location opened to pick up my truck. Luckily I had a few people helping me move so we were able to get it done in under 4 hours but I find this unacceptable considering I had booked the truck for 6 hours. The woman at storage world was very accommodating and told me I had booked for a cargo van that then got switched to a 10' truck (I actually wanted a 15' truck and went with the 10' because it was the only thing available). I'm just a bit disappointed with uhauls user interface and booking system. What if I had been on a time crunch or had to take a longer trip?
