Junior CI originally scheduled for pick up at a much closer location. Without my authorization the pick up was changed the day before. I bit the bullet and drove further to make the pick up. Upon arriving I discovered they didn't have the size of truck I requested and was forced to either find another location or pay extra for the next size up. Once again I bit the bullet and upgraded but nobody offered to call on my behalf to find the right size or comp the extra costs I did not anticipate. Also whoever had the truck last left trash in there that my family cleaned out before loading up our own stuff.
Macy BAgent did not come out and inspect the trailer or check the trailer number. Said she was going to send email receipts but have never received one
Richard SI wouldn’t send anyone to this location. They were not on-site when I dropped my truck off. I returned it with more fuel than what it had when I picked it up yet they still tried charged me $67 in fuel charges. They were supposed to call me to discuss before charging my card which they did not. After trying to charge my card I called them to discuss. She couldn’t help me and gave me another number but they couldn’t help me until she closed out my rental which she hadn’t done. So I called her back to tell her that and she was very rude. Didn’t know what was going on and didn’t try to help me at all. Also tried to charge my card a second time. No one ever called me back from the other number to finish disputing the charges I didn’t incur so I just called my bank and had to tell them what was going on and they cancelled my card and issued me a new one so they couldn’t charge me. I would not recommend. Even though I took pictures when I picked up and dropped off it didn’t matter they were not willing to remove those charges.
