Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMorning staff was very helpful and friendly. But the afternoon staff was careless about customer concerns. Thank you
Rafael REasy and fast process.
Marlyn GI had just one issue with the truck: it was handed over to me with a padlock on it. When I arrived at my destination and checked, I found the lock; I had to go back to the location to see what could be done, which wasted both time and gas.
Reyna GEmployees were professional which I appreciated. However, make sure the cab is clean and at least have 1/2 tank of fuel in the vehicle when rented.
