Would have been nice to pick up at the facility I booked at bulldog boat storage but, i guess that's how you haul keeps the costs down. I was charged for the upgrade to a 20 foot since there were no fifteen foots available. I thought that I was not supposed to be charged for that.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck was clean, fueled and ready to go. Johanna is friendly, competent and great to deal with! We will definitely be back to this location next time we need a truck!!
Linda HI had no problems returning the truck I had rented - returned it after hours and left the key in the lock box. I spoke with the person onsite after the business opened and all was handled well.
Molly SCustomer service was excellent!
LAMAR PNobody was available during business hours. The building was locked. After the morning of the drop off, I was directed to drop off the truck at another location via email. Very unclear communication with nobody available to explain at location.
