Evgenii SThe vehicles are parked next to a dirty small field, there was a large, live, scary looking spider hiding in the door handle from the field. I was able to get it out but had I not seen it, it would have bit my hand. I kept an eye out for any other insects. The other part of it was the gas station attendant was rude and unprofessional. He asked for me to move my car over to the U-Haul vehicles and I said I would feel safer leaving it close to the store. He said that my car would block other customers, but I was parked in an open spot, so I was confused how I was blocking customers. I was also parked in a spot away from the door, so not taking up front parking. He kept insisting that I move my car so that I didn’t take up space for a possible lunch rush. I again pushed back saying I felt safer leaving my car close and asked if I was parked illegally, therefore I would move my car and he said no I wasn’t parked illegally, just that it would be a curtesy to the store and other customers. And I asked what about the curtesy to myself, as I was a customer as well. He finally threw his hands up and said “fine whatever. Omg. Sheesh” and proceeded to talk badly about me to the customer behind me. I felt very uncomfortable and would have canceled my order but I needed the U-Haul for that specific time so just continued on. But I will never go to that location again.
Maya GI was charged for a fuel surplus of $15 yet, I put $20 in the tank after only driving 26 miles and I have pictures showing the fuel gauge was actually higher when I returned than when I left. I'm not happy at all.
NICHOLAS SThe app sucks. It needs some serious tuning. I tried booking on it, so many errors. Froze so many times. I switched to the website and completed my booking with a breeze. Website works well. If the app worked the same, it would be great. When I got to the truck to start my rental, app froze again. Had to restart. When I returned the truck, app froze again and had to start return over. Like.... Figure it out. I don't like standing in the sun at 100⁰+ waiting for the app to figure out what it wants to do with itself. Besides that, no issues.
