This location changed my drop‑off destination without notifying me. I made an online reservation for a one‑way rental from Portland to Eugene, Oregon. However, when I arrived, the clerk changed the return location and required me to bring the truck back to Portland instead of allowing the scheduled drop‑off in Eugene. The clerk was unwilling to help or correct the issue. Overall, it was very poor customer service at this location: Royal Mart #108 1002 Molalla Ave Oregon City, OR 97045

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI had a great experience.
Isaac EThe self pick up is not very good or smooth to navigate. Much better to talk to the guys at the store counter (it is a UHaul counter too!)
Mateo DThe bed of the truck was not swept out after I asked for 10 blankets and I only got eight. Did not know that until I was ready to return it. There was also rotting bread under the passenger seat.
Megan HThe customer service was really great!
