One woman present, apparently the wife of the owner. She was upset that I showed up, and said she had no room for drop off, despite my having been directed there by your computer system. And seeing open parking stalls available. She said there was no one to help unload my car, and refused to help in any way until I got angry and insistent. I had to figure out the safety chains under the car. (Requiring an 82 year old customer to crawl under the trailer and figure out how to unlock the chains isn't company policy, is it?) A used car lot masquerading as a U Haul dealer with a very negative attitude toward offering any real service isn't company policy, it is? Overall, my one extremely negative U Haul experience after many years of using U Haul!!!!! I would suggest that you insist on having adequate staffing by trained, pleasant anywhere your logo is in evidence! This location has no business claiming to be a U Haul dealer!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI’d fix the back door to the trailer. The door in the back kept getting stuck to close it. On the left side the little wheel was stuck, it looked like it came out of the little curved metal it’s supposed to be in.
Yesenia VLocation was closed at drop off. There was literally no where to park the vehicle. Found one spot to park it. Made it hard to take pictures of truck at drop off

bill fThe U-Haul truck we reserved was parked on the street. It was parked on State Street which is a very busy street with cars driving 40 mph. My husband had to be in the street to get the video/picture of the U-Haul to show what condition it was in prior to our using it. We felt like this situation was very unsafe and frustrating. The U-Haul equipment was clean, but we were not impressed with the lack of care when it came to parking.
