No service and when told a rep was going to be available for drop off no one was there and gate was locked. I also had to change locations of pickup because a previous establishment forgot about my request and never showed up. Had to travel an additional 15 miles to a new location and was never issued a discount for the inconvenience.

This one an the one on eakin Rd Columbus .between the 2 they have over charged me have my info all messed up n then they r blaming it on the next one I drop off in Columbus was told call before drop off n I did n thy say yea I could so I did then be t am they charge me 100.plus more so I go ask wtf they oh well ya reservation say blah blah n that not true so said call the orient one cuz nothing she could do cuz it on orients end n I still not got my money back n everyday they try to take random amounts out so they get shit together

John PDrove to drop off the truck the evening of the 14th only to find out the gate was locked and no provisions for afterhours drop oiff. Had to drive home and then back AND THEN they charged me for gasoline which would NOT have been used if we could have dropped off then.
