Absolutely worst person working at the Customer Service. He did not know how to talk to a customer was in helpful. Just told me to go away and call Uhaul. He didn’t mention any anything about high charge. I was charged $800 instead of $140 and once he charge my card, he said there’s nothing I can do. He didn’t even tell me while taking my car details that this will be the charge. He didn’t get me to sign the contract then let me read any. Contract just handed over the key to me and he said go and find the truck. Action must be taken against him. I’m sure other people experience the same.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck had poop in the back and on the ramp. The smell was FISH. And we had to move all of our house stuff in that. When we returned the truck the guy told us to call Uhaul and put in a complaint. Overall a horrible experience.
