I called to let the location know when I would arrive, the Keiths Car Care part of the business didn't let the UHaul part of the business know. When I arrived I got the snide comment "I didn't know if you were going to bother showing up or not" I didn't receive the check in text for the equipment so I was unable to report the damage to the driver's side view mirror, the UHaul person kept us distracted for almost 30 minutes with the vehicle running so by the time I actually got in over a 1/4 tank of gas had been wasted. He started and ran the vehicle I did not but I had to put the gas in. I will avoid this location in the future. Not my first time renting from UHaul and it won't be my last but definitely won't rent from this location again.
