Driver side mirrors cannot be adjusted ? Retailer explains to call Uhaul, not his problem? Mirrors cannot be adjusted at all, previous renters would have noticed it as well Retailer entered incorrect mileage even though pictures were provided to them via email and texts Insurance coverage added and was declined during reservation?

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe alley where the van is parked is really tight to get back into. Plus it’s creepy and dark back there at night and I felt uneasy running the van alone
Stephanie NThe pick up and return process was so bad I will never use Uhaul again and will be discouraging others from using your service. This was the worst rental experience I've ever had.
Padraic Hinstructions for finding the lot would be needed. Otherwise very accommodating and nice staff.
John DIt was difficult to figure out which entrance to take to return the vehicle, otherwise everything was great.
