Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe trailer on the truck was slanted & not aligned. Steering wheel had to be forced just to keep driving straight.
Michael MU-Haul’s technology needs to communicate with itself. I was aggravated when I used online check in the night before my appointment, only to have to enter the same information again in the app when I arrived to pick up the truck. Other than that, my experience was positive.
Gareth HHad some difficulty using the app, but customer service and assistance were great , thank you
