Very tight conditions to get equipment in, the driveway leading to the facility was in pretty poor condition.

I was assured that if I returned rental trailer in less than 24 hours I would receive a credit off the mandatory 2 day billing. i took attendant's word for this and made special loading and driving arrangements to comply.
James hNot only was the staff extremely rude, there was no sense of urgency. I should not have had to wait over an hour to pickup the truck that should have been ready for 9. If your full staff isn't trained on Uhaul, make sure that the person who is, is in the building in time. Not running errands, not doing personal tasks.
JoAnna EH&H was fabulous! Super helpful, made sure we could connect to our vehicle and were comfortable with it. We even wanted to swap out for a larger trailer and they were able to do that without any issue at all!
