The wait time on the phone to talk to a live person was way way too long. As first user of the service, explanations of what to do was not clear.DOUGLAS B.
I am only giving an "average" and not an "above average" because the customer service agent who gave me the key wasn't wearing a mask throughout the store. She was at a different place in the store and had to walk past me (with 6 ft of distance) unmasked to get to her counter. The agent who collected my key and the truck was wearing one upon drop-off, however. Also, while the cars were clean and fresh smelling on the inside, they were quite dirty on the outside. During COVID, I'd wish management would prioritize cleaning and mask wearing. I will still continue to use this location and recommend it to family and friends.Kelsey H.

It was alright. Everyone was nice even though nobody wore a mask in there and didn't do anything to socially distance. I was told of a 30 dollar discount I'd get back if I overfilled the tank and according to UHaul Support. It was a lie. Also there was a dolly left in the back of my truck with a random wood plank. Luckily they didn't charge me for the 7 dollar dolly.ALEXANDER M.

From start to finish my experience was incredible. The website was clear, straightforward, easy to navigate,and accurate! No hidden charges and no annoying gimmicks. Picking up the van was easy ans the sales girl was so pleasant. They bright the van to the door ( I was a little intimidated at how huge it was).it was spotless and in perfect shape. It drove beautifully , made moving which is always stressful almost enjoyable! Dropped the key in the drop box upon return and when I looked at the bill they credited me the extra gas I out in! Dropping the van off was a nightmare. We spent over an hour trying to get it done through the website. The website kept crashing. We went through the process 6 times (taking same pictures over and over) on two different phones. When we called customer service we were told to just drop the keys in the drop box. We were told we were still responsible for the van as we didn't officially returned it. Unacceptable! Never again. We'll rent from home depot for short rentals next, they're open late.Tal A.
My truck wasn't ready when I arrived. I remember about the $50 guarantee she did not refuse or make me feel bad about asking! It was a bit of a bummer it wasn't ready because it made our plans shift. But she gave me the credit and helped me until the truck was ready. They prompting cleaned the truck and had me on my way.Amanda G.

It's just located in a bad area. Two cop cars in front of the building, blocking front door chasing some guy. The warehouse was clean, well lit, well stocked and organized. The girl was very sweet. The truck was just really old and almost 200,000 miles on it, emergency brake didn't work. I think you got your money out of it already. But it's a moving truck and it started when I turned the key, held all my stuff, and got me moved. Fun to drive after you get the hang of it. Drop off was easy and quick, no paperwork to do.
