Lisa WLuckily, there was a very helpful man at the location when I went to pick up my reserved 10' truck. The man called the owner, who took the day off for her birthday. She was unaware of my order and told me she couldn't help me, and said she didn't have a 10' truck, the one that was sitting in the parking lot.
