Advertise there is no ramp on the 10' trucks and advertise that the 10' trucks have wheel wells inside them, which doesn't give you a full 10' of space inside and makes it difficult for moving all large furniture. Also the truck cap was missing on the truck which I was told about as I was ready to drive off. This makes the check engine light come on which made me nervous that id break down. And lastly, the truck was not very clean.

Uhaul contacted us to bring a trailer over to Lakeland with our rental and WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!!! The equipment we rented wasn’t able to tow said trailer per the pickup location and when I called the reallocation # the person I spoke to was rude and said they were wrong and it could tow it - next time we are asked to help move equipment for u-haul the answer will be a resounding NO!!!!’
