Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLocation is a gas station, with limited vehicle selection. That said, staff was excellent and my whole rental experience was great. Worth the smaller location to get close to my storage locker.
Robert CThe truck drove fine but the interior was dirty. The app was a disaster. It took almost an hour to check in. The app wouldn’t load the pictures and the customer service number was busy. I would recommend the location because it’s literally the only one in the area.
Pia HThe gas station was trashy literally trash all over the place. The server was down so the attendant couldn’t help me and suggested I come back later. I called UHaul, ultimately it was resolved but the process took about 45 min which delayed my move and caused a lot of frustration on an already stressful day.
Rhonda FUHaul switched locations on me had to drive an additional 6 miles. I originally went to the location I chose a week prior. They informed me where to go. I called this location to say we were on our way. No answer. When we get there the guy is on a cell phone and continues to talk while he checks us out. Was odd that I requested to drop off at 3pm and he kept asking me what time I was dropping off. Didn’t do a walk around just gave us the key and said the truck number is on the key. Returned the truck-no walk around again. Told me he would email the receipt and I was charged a fee I didn’t not agree to. Thankfully UHaul refunded me.
