Very easy from start to finish
Keith Osupposed to be open until 5 pm. had to leave truck on street and drop key in lock box. The Photo I took of the dash with the gas gauge when I left Tustin looks the same as when I dropped off. The charges me 14 bucks for 2 gallons of gas. I called them and told them I have pictures of the gas gauge on pick up and drop off they told me I need to call Tustin. I told them Towmedic Transport charged me and told me to call Tustin office.... complete run around never even asked me to see my pictures, plus when dropping off the number listed on my rental agreement was not in service friggn disconnected phone number on my rental agreement for drop off location. I had to call tustin office. to find out if Towmwdic would be open. I got another phone number off window to call towmedic.... when I called to check if they were open they told me they are not going to be doing the U haul anymore.
