There's no signage that this location is a U-Haul store, which it's not (it deals in insurance and money transfers to Mexico), and it's in a huge strip mall, so it took me a while to find it after asking around at several stores. The truck had NO gas in it, so I immediately needed to fill it up. They gave me 35 of my 36 blankets so I had to return for the last one. The truck was dirty inside. The Check Engine Light was on when I picked it up.
James BWell let me start by saying I specifically requested a different location because the website said I was confirmed for a 8 am pickup. The day before pickup I was told it was now going to be at a different location and couldn’t pick it up until 10 am. This was bullss$$. Then I get a call on the day of my rental that the drop off location has changed because they were full. Not my problem. But it was. Very disappointed in the unorganized system your company has.

Lionel MIt was hard to return the truck after hours. When I used the Gmap link to the store, it had the address correct but the map took me to O'Relley Auto.
