Everything was great! The van could use a little clean up inside but I am glad I got to use it... everything went well and smooth.
RENATO RIt started off bad because I had a go back to the location and grab a key to unlock the back. The driver's door did not shut very well and inside smelt , like bad cigarettes and the u haul was very dirty. I called them to let them know and they really did not seem to care.
JOSEPH MMy original contract was switch over this location and when I got there. This contract was under a different name as Daniel Smith. So the Van I had was taken by someone else. There was a Van there and I got to force myself and let the JC Insurance know I need that Van and even someone had it under contract later that afternoon. My Contract was also incorrect. I asked for the 100 miles discount rate and all he did was put me on the regular per miles rate. The last 8 contracts I've done. I have always did the 100 miles rate, but Im not sure if this guy knew what he was doing and also the corporate girl that switch over my contract to this location was all messed up. Very dissatisfied with this experience and rental. I even mention to the guy how dirty the VAN was and he blame it on the construction that is going on next door, but it was not about the dirt on the VAN. There was writing on windows the interior was just dirty. I have taken pictures.
