Make sure to put the dolly’s or other equipment ordered inside the back of the truck I had to wait for the store clerk for 45 minutes before I could leave

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGreat service! Thank you.
LISA Lmake sure the equipment is actually cleaned and not full of sticky substances and dirt throughout the cabin. inspect seatbelts and ensure they are working so we don’t have to drive hundreds of miles without appropriate safety measures.
Jeremy AJosh it’s very helpful and super nice with the process
Sergio MThis was an utterly unacceptable experience. The app is completely non-functional, the vehicle was disgustingly dirty both inside and out, and I returned it with a full tank of gas, as evidenced by my photos. I used the vehicle for only two days, yet I was charged for three. I will never use this service again.
