Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHave working equipment. Maybe give them another day rental when they get fucked because your poorly maintained truck causes them to not be able to drive at night which then leads to them not being able to have the truck ready in the morning, which leads to them loosing the deposit with the movers, which leads to them having to move everything themselves and taking an extra day to move and then paying uhaul even more money when it’s uhauls fault for renting me a shit truck to begin with. And yes I called customer service which was a fucking joke. 👎
Tyler AI did have an issue with the truck I reserved. It had a flat tire but I was able to trade it for a different one and was able to accomplish my move without any other issues.
Rafael VReceived the unit on empty was told it had 1/16 of gas it had nothing we barely made it togas station.
LaJena JExcellent customer service. The tow dolly appeared to be well maintained.
