This was a real person present and assisted me with the truck ! Very polite in my need of crosses where the other people i spoke with were useless! The app sucks !! And I like the way it was before where someone is there to give you the key and make sure the truck is witking!! Definitely would go back to this man if I need a uhaul again!!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNobody there at 11:00 am. Place looked like a dump with trash, old bathtubs and junk everywhere. Site not big enough to park truck. I had to leave truck and trailer in driveway because of the size of the lot. Overall it’s a terrible location
Robert CGreat customer support service. In and out with the right well maintained equipment for our move. We’ll be back and referring new customers.
michael rI had a good experience with this location
JULIO RIt is a house on a lot full of trash. There is nobody there. The phone does not answer, the "voice mail is full". There is almost no area to park a truck. The place is disgusting.
