Not all the equipment I needed/reserved was there. I had to drive 20 minutes each way out of the way to pick up a hand truck. And they did not have the furniture dolly that I needed. I also had to clean the soid ice on top of teh truck before I drove on teh highway for 250 miles
ANDREW DAs this was a quicker engagement then picking up the truck, the person met with me to finish the truck return. He was courteous and professional with assisting this truck return. I was in and out of the store parking lot in 10-15 minutes.
DANIEL HThe truck had a broken mirror being held together with some sort of strap and a large part of the driver's side of the Uhaul itself was broken and being held on by a zip tie. This is the second time I've rented this same vehicle and it drives fine, but I always wonder if I'm going to be asked to pay for the damages to this vehicle that have been present for at least a few months now. The Sunoco staff are friendly and the location itself is just fine, but this vehicle should be repaired or maintained as it is a poor reflection on Uhaul's reputation.
JEREMY BHave unlimited mileage for the rental of the truck. because a 19.95 rental truck should not end up costing almoat 100 for a few hours.
