Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was given a price online and when i showed up I was charged double the people working could not speak enough English to be understandable. The truck was dirty and had less than a quarter tank of gas upon pick up.
Hunter RThey were great to rent from. Thank you.
Dorothea RI want to rate the experience of using U-Haul as an organization—because it’s been pretty poor. The website was hard to use on my phone, so I had to switch to my computer, that’s inconvenient, but not the end of the world. What frustrated me more is that I took all this time to make the reservations to use your trucks—adding my personal data (photos of my ID both back and front), phone number of another person, etc—to make picking the truck up more efficient—then neither of the places I went to either bothered to access that information, or had access to it. I wasted time on this multiple days. Also, no one had the correct amount of time I was keeping the trucks for. I will go with a different company next time
Marlyn NUHAUL was received with gas two levels from E and upon exiting the parking lot it dropped down to one level from E. Owner claims that’s how we were supposed to receive it, took extremely long over twenty minutes to actually receive rental due to issues with “out of state license” according to owner of store. Owner was very vague and non communicative and UHAUL had barely any gas in it upon pickup. You’re better off going to somewhere else or Home Depot.
