I did not have a good experience. I will say efforts were made to be helpful, however I paid for 12 Moving Blankets and they were not in the truck as expected. Which made the Move cumbersome. Trying to call U-haul when needed was very frustrating as the calls were 20 Minutes to get through. Fortunately I did pick up a card and had the Phone # of this particular center and reached someone that did make an effort to correct things, however he was not able to rectify the matter and even though he said I would not be charged for the Blankets, when I received the Bill sure enough the charges still appeared. My biggest disappointment was in U-haul Site that shows Pick Up Centers. I believe they are misleading . I chose to go with U-Haul for the convenience of the Pick Up location and was routed to a center 10 Miles away. The location for pick up switched more than 1 time as well.FRANK A.

u-Haul has always been my place to go when ever I needed a truck to rent but out of all my rental this was my second rental that I wasn't very satisfied, the truck wasn't in very good condition to many damage items interior and exteriorDAVID S.

Actually having the truck at the location first selected would be ideal. It worked out for the best though. Niya (sp?) was extremely helpful and is an asset to your company. She provided excellent customer service. Please ensure she is recognized. Thank youJAMES H.
Hire more competent employees. There was only one person working the store when I picked up and dropped off the vehicle. My vehicle was dropped off and given to me without being sanitized. Received vehicle with less than a quarter tank of gas. No one from the uhaul store or headquarters where on the same page when they quoted me my deposit or vehicle pickup.ALLEN C.
Stop advertising 19.99$ on your truck. This is fraud and false marketing. It is very deceiving because no one ever pay close to 20$... I thought I was paying no more than $50 with mileage considering I am only driving 30 mins round trip. My total is over $240. This is ridiculous price. Please provide fair pricing a for local people and remove the 19.99$ logo from your trucks. You should be sues for this kind of deceiving business model. Also when I booked my location online, I picked route 46 totowa ni location and someone from your main office called me 15 minutes before my pick up time and confirmed I am still picking up and never told me that there were actually no Uhaul location on the address you provided on your website. We wasted our gas running around using google and iPhone maps and both could not locate the route 46 location I choose online. We wasted our gas and one hour of our time looking for Uhaul location you gave on the website and my confirmation but there was nothing there. This is fraud. When I Checked my text, I noticed, Uhaul sent me another address in Paterson to pick up .. I never authorized this location nor did the representative who confirmed my pick up mentioned Paterson: stop running your business like this. I called customer service and long wait time but no resolution of my concern. I also tried to drop off the car by 12am with my phone but your website could not locate my location and I was unable to make my return through the phone. I am using the most up to date iPhone in the market and checked my settings and my location service and everything is working fine. I should not have to share my personal information like location from my cell phone and give you my personal data. You should check your cameras to confirm location ... please rearrange your business and do betterNAZMA B.
Tire was flat in trailer - had to drive 10 minutes to another location to get fixed. Took 45 min to fix. Uhaul did give a $15 credit (I did not ask for) which was nice None around at pickup location - had to call Uhaul. Overall it is a trailer rental - the trailer did what I needed it to. Good price. The experience in dropping off the auto transport was rough. It was a few days after the snow storm but there was black ice every where. I had to park the vehicle on the street first. We had to climb under the auto transport where the floor was icy and wet and was freezing and soak when it was done. We had to unhook the chain. There were a bunch of uhaul returns parked on the left leaving no space to slide or we would hit another vehicle. It was so full in there but I had to leave the transport in order to unload the truck. I called the GM the night I tried to gain entrance into the uhaul storage but no one answered and the mail box was full. I had to leave the truck because I could not get it back out. What I will say during business operation hours Mrs. Paulino was great. She personally aided me along the move in process and explained everything in detail. She was very professional and took the time to come back twice to check on me and ensure I was okay.Luigia R.
If they call to extend time let them know they will need a smart phone to return the equipment after business hours. Also if they need to call customer service after business hours when on hold it should give an estimated amount of time someone will be on hold. I was on hold so long since I had difficulties returning after hours and I was unsure if the customer service was 24/7 when I needed to speak to a rep.SHEKINA C.
I was very happy with this uhaul !it started when I walked in the door and saw a very clean place,I was happy how the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Then when I received the vehicle it was sanitized and a nice new vehicle thanks U haul U R the best!RONALD C.

Great service using app. If I had to go stand in line, there was a line of 5-6 people and only one person on duty to handle them. Using the app, though, I had no problems. The truck was clean, and return was smooth (again, using the app).James M.
