Honestly, the whole transaction went very smooth. Your employees were fast and efficient, they were helping each other out. They did an excellent job explaining every aspect of the rental. There was no one outside directing you as to where to park the truck and take the car off the car carrier. Very poor communication with customers. Many people dropping off vans and very confusing as to where to go. Also got charged $6.83 for fuel. When picked up the truck there was less than half a tank of gas and when dropped off the truck had half a tank of gas. Don't understand why there was a fuel charge. Feel there should be a better system when returning a rental and some one should go thru the truck with the renter to check the fuel and also check for damage and see if the renter had any issues with the truck.david V.

This was the easiest rental experience I have ever had. I rented a trailer and when I showed up it only took about fifteen minutes before I was driving away. The gentleman (sorry I don't remember his name) mer me out back and hooked up the trailer for me. When I returned it, I dropped it off where I got it and I saw him in the parking lot and he told me I was all set. It couldn't have been any easier than that. It's a great placerobert G.

I had my reservation made for a month and wanted to pick up the truck close to my apartment in MA but we had to go to RI and I was only given a 1 day notice about that.Brooke T.
My u-haul was filthy, covered in cigarettes and marijuana. There was cigarettes butts in the cup holders. Trash in the back. The customer service representative named Levi was extremely rude. Didn't want to be bothered. I've never rented a uhaul ever in my life. This was my first time. I wasn't explained anything. I was just handed paperwork and that was it. Horrible experience. I will never go back to this location if I ever need a u haul again. I was also over charged. I did 35 miles and I was charged for 76 miles. Overall I don't think I'll ever use u-haul again.SARAH T.

Everyone but one person here was wonderful. I was a bit frantic because nothing had been going right for me that day and when I arrived, my location settings on my phone wouldn't allow me to complete the mobile pick up. I asked someone at the counter who said he couldn't help. I tried for 15 minutes to fix my phone, then tried to call the 1-800 number and was on hold when I asked another employee at the counter (the first guy had left) for help. He says "oh yeah no problem" and had everything finished up in minutes, much to my relief. It definitely helps who's on staff that day. The truck was clean and in good condition.NICOLE E.
