Corey and his team once again were flawless with the rental of the truck we used for The 12th Annual Ronald McDonald House of Providence Women's Classic 5K. From the reservation to the early morning pick (even before coffee), the guys were ready to go with the truck and returning it was quick and easy. Figure out how to warn your customers ahead of time if they need to jump through hoops because their license is out of state. It's a waste of time that could have easily been warned for and really looks discriminatory on the surface. Figure it out.

Under promise and over deliver. I scheduled a reservation in East Providence a week prior to my event. 2 day later I get a notifications saying that they move my reservation to 408 Eddie Dowling Highway in North Smithfield which is an inconvenience for me. But because I needed the rental I had no choice . Once the day came for me to pick up rental I was told that they did not have the transporter they made me go to Pawtucket to pick up a transporter. It was a bad experience overall. Very unsatisfied

This Uhaul location is the best. Due to the management leadership . It's reflective in all those who work there! Great attitude and enjoyment in service. Cory and Levi are the finest in the personal touches it take to manage effectively and efficiently. And create an atmosphere pleasing for all.

The only complaint that I have is that I spoke with 3 different CS reps and was advised 3 different answers to the question of paying in advance for someone out of state. Eventually I was given the correct answer and was able to pay in advance, however, had I not been persistent in getting a correct answer my daughter would have not been able to pick up the rental. More consistent CS is needed.

Even though I did express check-in before arriving (to cut my signup time in half!), I arrived at 10:40 for an 11am reservation and waited in line for close to an hour - and then another 20 minutes with an agent who had me repeating my information. Granted, it was the end of the month when a lot of people move, but they should have had more workers on duty because of that. The truck itself was fine.

Pawtucket location was great. I started off the say by calling the taunton ma location. They took all my info over the phone. I specifically asked if I needed a 2 5/16" trailer ball. I was told yes. After getting my info I was told they dont have a trailer for me. They reserved 1 for me at the attleboro location. Later in the day someone from the attleboro location called to say the dont have a trailer for me. What is the reservation for? They located 1 in pawtucket. When I got there I was told I needed a 2" trailer ball. I had 1 at home, but I didn't take it because I was told I needed a 2 5/16" ball. I had to buy a new trailer ball / reciever for $30 something bucks. That's too bad because I had 1 at home, but uhaul gave me the wrong info.

Despite having an existing reservation (97968299) and confirmation over the phone that I would be able to use my VIP certificate upon picking up my trick, the Uhaul representatives at this location were unable to process my VIP certificate until after over 1 hour. Ultimately, a separate reservation (97971946) was created. Unfortunately, we were on a very tight timeline and I am very unhappy to have lost over 1 hour due to this. I would like to request some compensation or credit for this unacceptable delay as it directly affected our schedule negatively.

Learn to explain things properly to customers. Had equipment dropped off in time and got charged a extra $20 you guys suck and loss a customer

The dolly was loose and rolling around in the back. I stopped at a red light and it rolled forward, hit the front of the cab and scared the hell out of me. Thats putting it mildly. I tried to do the return processing on my phone when I was finished and it wouldnt accept my card as a payment. The same card that they would end up charging the next morning and added a 20 fee to because I wasnt able to finish the process online. NEVER AGAIN WITH UHAUL. I will go out of my way to make sure nobody I know ever uses them either.

I'm someone with alot of patience amd understanding but the STAFF WAS SO RUDE. I'm sorry but if you're not a people person, YOU SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. We were given attitude and dirty looks the minute we walked through the door (not just us, every customer was "greeted" that way) and they looked so annoyed having to help anyone, and not just one employee, ALL THREE people behind the counter looked like they'd rather be somewhere else. We felt uncomfortable the minute we walked in until the minute we left. Had I known that's how they were going to be, I would have driven the truck back the 30 miles to the U-Haul I picked it up from and paid the additional miles. Would never ever go back even if you paid me.

Your computer's need to be upgraded. I have texted there at least 6 times in the past couple of months. There is always a long wait and more often then not an issue worth the computers.
