The customer service for the location was okay. Overall, we are unhappy with U-haul. Your use of 3rd party vendors causes inconsistency and inconvenience for customers. Our reservation was messed up, which resulted in us paying for over half a tank of gas for a leg of a trip we didn't need and nobody could help us because it was across different markets. Our next move, we will look into Penske.

ROGER OTrailers were parked in the middle of the area to drive through. Again, the site was closed, and returning by app was not fun. I’m not even sure it was effective as my phone never actually showed me my return pictures had downloaded. Still, it was a convenient location for me
