I booked what I wanted on the app. The person doing the renting kept asking if I wanted extra stuff. I had to tell them I was ready to go somewhere else if they kept pushing me to get extras that I did not want.

The only inconvenience/problem I had was a change in my pickup location. Thankfully, I noticed and called to figure out what the problem was. Thankfully, the employee was kind and made accommodations to help the situation. Picking up and dropping off the vehicle was easy and convenient.
Candace SThe vehicle I was given smelled like someone smoked 24/7 inside of it. Out side of that the truck was fine and my final destination was ok as well. I had rented a dolly but there was not one located in the truck. Also I was originally given one destination and then was assigned a local convenient store to pick up the truck. I had to pay for an Uber for one location and luckily I requested Brent if he can take me to the other location, otherwise I would have been stuck paying for another Uber drive. In addition, at the original site the Wi-Fi was down and I was not able to access the reservation.....definitely not a great experience.
Jacob LThe location was very hard to find and had no U-Haul location sign. It was simply a gas station with a closed down car wash, staged as the drop off point. The guy behind the counter at the gas station came out and just said hand me the keys. I wasn’t able to get a receipt from him. I wasn’t real comfortable with the way it was handled.
